Umberto Baldi, current CEO of the company, started in Jesi his first butcher’s shop to which, soon, further 3 stores will be added. His experience has been consolidated day-by-day thanks to his qualities such as end-consumer listening and interacting, as well as thanks to combining of his artisanal knowledge of the raw material to cutting and working technique.
In the 90s the passion, insight, method and skills drive Baldi Carni S.r.l. toward the expansion of its business: in addition to pioneering activity of selection and import of high quality meat from international farms, the company launches a new business division dedicated to the distribution of the food products to catering and supermarkets. Thus, Baldi Catering was born.
Today, Baldi operates through four divisions, which offer quality, solutions, opportunities and innovations to: schools, universities, touristic villages, large-scale retail trade and restaurants.
